Breakfast: Bran flakes and semi skimmed milk
Lunch: Toasted bagel with herby cream cheese and cucumber
Dinner: Broccoli baked potatoes, which is the potato bit of a baked potato taken out, mashed together with broccoli, mustard, egg and cheese and then put back into the skins. Served with vegetables and salad
Snacks: Muller light, cereal bar
Drinks: Glass of diet lemonade, mug of coffee, water
Exercise: An hour on Wii Fit, walk 4 miles
