Breakfast: Vanilla shake
Lunch: Vanilla shake
Snack: French fries crisps (83 calories)
Dinner: Rice, spinach and chicken. (267 calories, maybe more depending on portion size) I just wanted something with flavour for dinner, so I had chips and chicken nuggets instead (around 450 calories) …I’m putting this down to it being totm, to be frank, I just feel like I need something substantial seeing as recently i’ve been existing on shakes for most of the time! (I know, excuses excuses) …but I still havent gone over my 600 calorie limit, which is good, at least.
Snack: WW raspberry and white chocolate cookies x2 (98 calories)

Water: 3 litres
Exercise: An hour on Wii Fit 

I have a sort of morning ritual now - I get up, I make my shake, I do the body test on Wii Fit, then I alternate between drinking water and my breakfast shake. It’s basically because I like to keep the time that I weigh myself fairly consistant, and this way it’s around 6.30am every day. I’ve decided that I’m going to walk to and from work every day from now, after my flirtations with doing so last week I’ve found that it’s not all that difficult to do, it gives me 2 hours of exercise each day, and it saves me money. So I don’t know if I’m going to stick to doing Wii Fit every day as well - I think that would be a bit excessive, plus I don’t think I’d even have time, what with working 8 hours a day too. But I think i’ll stick with weighing myself every day, though I know realistically that expecting change when I do it every day isn’t good, and it’s not going to happen. But when I do see losses, it spurs me on! So I’m sticking with that.

Today is also my day off work, and I’m devoting today to trying to find tips and tricks to stop snacking so much, and hopefully put them into practice. Like I said yesterday, I’m starting to notice weight loss and I don’t want to do anything that would jeopardize this. I’ve also lost 2lb, according to Wii Fit, which is great, and I am really focused on not messing this up. I have to stop doing SlimFast in exactly 8 days, and I want to keep the results i’ve had so far until then! I’m definitely going to carry on with this after the wedding, it’s worked brilliantly so far!

It’s my first official weigh in tomorrow, though I already know how i’m doing, really. I’m so glad I’ve stuck to this!
