Breakfast: Vanilla shake
Snack: WW oaty cookies (100 calories)
Lunch: Vanilla shake
Snack: There’s probably going to be some birthday cake involved in here somewhere, so I’ll leave two of my snacks to have a slice of that instead. 
Dinner: A salad or a wrap from Boots (Was a falafel and salsa wrap, veeerry nice and around 250 calories)

I had two slices of cake, it was around 210 calories each. I also had a load of Mikados, I was sharing them with a friend but I think I had most of them. They’re 11 calories each but I had loads so…euurgh! 

I’m working from 12.30 to 9.30pm today, it’s an absolutely dreadful shift and I hate doing it, but oh well, I have tomorrow off so it’s not too bad. The worst thing about this though is that I have my lunch at 5pm, so if I have my breakfast before I go to work, then lunch when in work…it’s not going to work because i’ll end up not eating the main meal because I get home around half 10 and i’ll usually just want to collapse in bed! So I’ll have another shake around 12ish, and eat normally on my lunch.

I feel absolutely dreadful today, really sick, and tired. I think this is because despite not having to wake until 10, I woke at half 7, thought I’d get up and was all rearing to go, but then I forced myself to go back to sleep at around 8. Now I feel DREADFUL! I’m hoping it wears off…
