Happy birthday to meee! 

Breakfast: Vanilla shake
Lunch: I went out for food today, at a pub, and I had a chicken burger with chips, not sure how many calories, I’m going to take a guess that it was around 800? I’m probably underestimating, but that seems about right. I hope!
Dinner: Vanilla shake.

No snacks today, to make up for the lunch! But I did have a pint of lemonade (apparently around 100 calories) and a bottle of orange j20 (132)

Exercise: walked 2 miles
Water: 1 litre 

Today wasn’t too bad, all things considering. I still cringe to think of what i’ve eaten but hey, tomorrow’s a new day :)
