Today is my 2nd SF weigh in, and altogether i’ve lost another pound, meaning my total weight loss in 2 weeks is 6lb! Woo! This includes my weekend of ridiculous excess and not sticking to the plan, so I’m happy with that. However if I’d stuck to it more, if I didn’t insist on celebrating my birthday, then who knows what my loss would have been :) But oh well, I’m a little bit lighter, I don’t know if it’s noticeable or not, but I’ve enjoyed it and I will be doing it again when I get back on Tuesday.
