Exercise: 1 hour of Wii Fit

I am SICK, and I feel sooo dreadful. I was up until 3am last night, running to the toilet intercepted with trying to sleep but feeling too sick to do so. I woke up too late to have breakfast, and I don’t really have much of an appetite, so I don’t know how today is going to go.
I weighed myself this morning and my BMI is in the 26s! Yay! This means it’s gone down by almost 2..err…points? since I started. I’m still 12st 0 though, that doesn’t seem to want to move at all, but hopefully it will soon.
