Breakfast: ShakeLunch: Shake No milk in the house, disaster! I had two WW victoria sponges instead. Isn’t really a good swap but the same amount of cals, more or less.Dinner: Shake
Snacks: Small bowl of popcorn, strawberries and cream
I feel dreadful this morning - really lethargic and tired, and my ankles hurt like hell - I think it was all the walking I did yesterday, I’m not used to it after a break of 2 or so weeks! I suppose it’ll get better as I get used to it again…
Edit: I was also sick this morning, so no work for me, therefore no walking :( I don’t think I can bear to do any exercise, but then again I have no appetite at the moment so maybe its for the best that I don’t anyway. I hate being sick!
I did weigh myself this morning, though, and i’m 11st 12! I’ve never been this weight before, I’m so happy :D
